At the Love Never Dies press launch yesterday, Ramin Karimloo sang the song ‘Til I Hear You Sing Once More’ while Sierra Boggess sat on her golden throne, silently.

Love Never Dies – Till I Hear You Sing Once More – Lyrics by Glenn Slater
The day starts, the day ends
Time crawls by
Night steals in, pacing the floor
The moments creep,
Yet I can’t bear to sleep
Till I hear you sing
And weeks pass, and months pass
Seasons fly
Still you don’t walk through the door
And in a haze
I count the silent days
Till I hear you sing once more.
And sometimes at night time
I dream that you are there
But wake holding nothing but the empty air
And years come, and years go
Time runs dry
Still I ache down to the core
My broken soul
Can’t be alive and whole
Till I hear you sing once more
And music, your music
It teases at my ear
I turn and it fades away and you’re not here
Let hopes pass, let dreams pass
Let them die
Without you, what are they for?
I’ll always feel
No more than halfway real
Till I hear you sing once more

I was EXTREMELY skeptical of this project until I heard this song. Am now unspeakably excited to see what else ALW and Glenn Slater have in store for us! Beautiful song, and Ramin gave a great rendition.

I was so not looking forward to this when Phantom of Manhattan kept popping up as influence, but now I can admit I am excited as everyone else. I would kill to get my hands on the libretto!

I am like many and was skeptical of what a new Phantom might mean, and yet many have also been very curious as to what happens between the trio. I heard this song and my heart just melted. Bravo Ramin! I can’t wait to see what comes of this musical!

I am completely and utterly excited for this to be released on iTunes. None of my friends understand my enthusiasm. Oh, the woes of being a teenage Phanatic! This is amazing!

There are simply NO WORDS….
My VOCABULARY is just not VAST ENOUGH to DESCRIBE the BEAUTY of this SONG….
GORGEOUS–RAPTUROUS–COMPELLING–A SECRET DESIRE on PUBLIC DISPLAY….
Do these MERE WORDS do this song JUSTICE?
I am NOT SURE….

I am like the other Phans when they anounced a sequel taking place on Coney Island…then I heard this song. My heart melted and the ache I have for the Phantom grew. I think this will be ALW best work.

I think everyone made an ugly face when they heard the new plot line…I downloaded the full album last night and this isn’t the only great song, though this would have to be my favorite. I must admit, I balled my eyes out when I first heard Beneath a Moonless Sky…

I love this song so much! I cried when I first heard it, and then I kept playing it over and over again! Bravo Ramin!

Loved this song. Love Andrew L. webber, his works are always superb! Bravo Ramin! You are my second favorite Phantom, the first one is Gerard Butler. Ok, he is not a professional singer, but we can’t deny he did a wonderful job and he is amazingly gorgeous. Bravo!

I am not ashamed to admit that I was one of the skeptical people when I heard the setting for this new Phantom. However, I recently bought the whole album off iTunes. I am in love with all of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s and Glenn Slater’s works from this gorgeous masterpiece. Ramin and Sierra do a fabulous job together, and this song specifically brought tears to my eyes when I heard it the first, second, third, etc. time. I am so excited for this show to come to the US, I might have to travel up to New York when it comes to Broadway. Brilliant work, all of it!
